James, the owner and baker, started the bakery because of his passion and love for the craft of baking. “There is always something else to learn, whether it be a new technique or diving into the endless science of baking and why certain ingredients work the way they do.” This leads into James’s vision for Stn Hill Baking Co. and his passion for working with wholesome, quality ingredients, experimenting to create new flavors and textures on a daily basis.
